释义	法律分析：车不是不动产，车属于动产。因为汽车和轮船，飞机一样都属于高速运行的交通工具，不但是个人所有的静态意义上的财产，且涉及到公共安全，不同于其他动产。但是由于转让等都需要登记，履行相当于不动产的手续，因此有些场合就视作不动产处理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第二百二十四条动产物权的设立和转让，自交付时发生效力，但是法律另有规定的除外。第二百二十五条船舶、航空器和机动车等的物权的设立、变更、转让和消灭，未经登记，不得对抗善意第三人。
