释义	法律分析：没有权力。公司法规定：执行董事、董事长、经理可以担任法定代表人。执行董事一般由股东会（一人公司为股东）产生；董事长由董事会、股东会（一人公司为股东）产生；经理由股东会（一人公司为股东）、董事会产生。跟监事没有关系，所以监事没有权力去罢免法定代表人。但是根据公司法第151条的规定：监事可以依照自己的职权对法定代表人的活动进行监督。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第五十一条董事、高级管理人员不得兼任监事。因此，公司监事不可以变更为法人代表。
