新能源公司注册需要什么条件 |

1、具有独立企业法人资格；
2、社会信誉良好，注册资本不少于300万元人民币；
3、专业配备齐全、合理，主要专业技术人员数量不少于所申请行业资质标准中主要专业技术人员配备表规定的人数；
4、企业的主要技术负责人或总工程师应当具有大学以上学历、10年以上设计经历，主持过所申请
行业大型项目工程设计不少于1项，或中型项目工程设计不少于3项，具备注册执业资格或高级专业技术职称；
5、有必要的技术装备及固定的工作场所；
6、有完善的质量体系和技术、经营、人事、财务、档案管理制度；
一、注册新能源科技公司基本流程
1、工商局核名称 （一般3个工作日，重名的话时间不确定)
2、到工商局约号办理营业执照 （7-10个工作日）
3、到质量技术监督局办理组织机构代码证 （3-5个工作日）
4、然后税务局办理税务登记证 （3个工作日）
5、后到银行开立基本户，人行批下来要少5个工作日。
二、设立新能源科技公司所需材料
1、公司名称(5个以上公司备选名称)；
2、公司注册地址的房产证及房主身份证复印件(单位房产需在房产证复印件及房屋租赁合同上加盖产权单位的公章居民住宅房需要提供房产证原件给工商局进行核对)；
3、全体股东身份证原件(如果注册资金是客户自己提供，只需要提供身份证复印件;如果法人是外地户口的需要提供暂住证原件)；
4、全体股东出资比例(股东占公司股份的安排)；
5、公司经营范围(公司主要经营什么，有的范围可能涉及到办理资质或许可证)。

《中华人民共和国公司法》 第二十六条 有限责任公司的注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的全体股东认缴的出资额。 法律、行政法规以及国务院决定对有限责任公司注册资本实缴、注册资本最低限额另有规定的，从其规定。
