释义	法律分析：如果贷款平台将自己的贷款资金冻结，要求缴纳一定的资金才能解冻，客户方可提取出来使用的话，对于此种情况，客户没必要交钱上去解冻资金。因为平台此种做法并不合规，经银监会批准成立、持有金融牌照的正规贷款机构或平台一般是不会在贷款到账前向客户收取任何前期费用的。法律依据：《贷款通则》第二十一条贷款人必须经中国人民银行批准经营贷款业务，持有中国人民银行颁发的《金融机构法人许可证》或《金融机构营业许可证》，并经工商行政管理部门核准登记。
