释义	法律分析：如果还没有去民政局申请离婚登记的，那么离婚协议书还没有生效，可以重新协商变更离婚协议；如果已经办理了离婚登记手续，一般不可以变更，可以起诉请求重新分割夫妻共同财产，但是必须是订立财产分割协议时存在欺诈、胁迫等情形的才可以重新分割。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用婚姻家庭编的解释（一）》第七十条夫妻双方协议离婚后就财产分割问题反悔，请求撤销财产分割协议的，人民法院应当受理。人民法院审理后，未发现订立财产分割协议时存在欺诈、胁迫等情形的，应当依法驳回当事人的诉讼请求。
