公司可以将员工工作岗位随意变更吗

法律分析：根据《劳动法》的规定，公司不可以将员工工作岗位随意变更。因工作岗位属于劳动合同中的内容，变更工作岗位应被视为劳动合同的变更，应按照变更劳动合同的有关规定处理；而且变更劳动合同应遵循协商一致的原则，用人单位如要变更员工的劳动合同，应事先与员工协商，征得员工的同意后才能变更。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第十七条 订立和变更劳动合同，应当遵循平等自愿、协商一致的原则，不得违反法律、行政法规的规定。
劳动合同依法订立即具有法律约束力，当事人必须履行劳动合同规定的义务。
