问题	在哪些情况下婚姻无效
释义	根据《民法典》第一千零五十一条规定，有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：(一)重婚的;(二)有禁止结婚的亲属关系的;(三)婚前患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病，婚后尚未治愈的;(四)未到法定婚龄的。当事人依据民法典第一千零五十一条规定向人民法院申请宣告婚姻无效的，申请时，法定的无效婚姻情形已经消失的，人民法院不予支持。在法律规定的可以申请婚姻无效的情形中，并不包括结婚程序不合法这一条，因此因结婚程序不合法是不能申请婚姻无效的。法律依据《民法典》第一千零五十一条
