一、被车撞断两根肋骨怎么赔偿
1、被车撞断两根肋骨赔偿标准为7个月的本人工资。劳动、聘用合同期满终止，或者职工本人提出解除劳动、聘用合同的，由工伤保险基金支付一次性工伤医疗补助金，由用人单位支付一次性伤残就业补助金。一次性工伤医疗补助金和一次性伤残就业补助金的具体标准由省、自治区、直辖市人民政府规定。

侵害他人造成人身损害的，应当赔偿医疗费、护理费、交通费、营养费、住院伙食补助费等为治疗和康复支出的合理费用，以及因误工减少的收入。造成残疾的，还应当赔偿辅助器具费和残疾赔偿金；造成死亡的，还应当赔偿丧葬费和死亡赔偿金。
第一千一百八十二条
侵害他人人身权益造成财产损失的，按照被侵权人因此受到的损失或者侵权人因此获得的利益赔偿；被侵权人因此受到的损失以及侵权人因此获得的利益难以确定，被侵权人和侵权人就赔偿数额协商不一致，向人民法院提起诉讼的，由人民法院根据实际情况确定赔偿数额。
二、发生交通事故怎么起诉

3、法院开庭审理并作出判决；
4、当事人履行判决规定的义务，一方不履行的、另一方可申请强制执行。
