释义	一个人可以同时担任两个或者多个公司的法定代表人。相关法律对此没有禁止。但在以下情况不适用：第一、第二个公司为一人有限责任公司；第二、由一个自然人投资设立的一人有限责任公司不能作为股东投资设立一人有限责任公司。【法律依据】《公司法》第十三条，公司法定代表人依照公司章程的规定，由董事长、执行董事或者经理担任，并依法登记。公司法定代表人变更，应当办理变更登记。
