释义	法律分析：政府信息公开方式有两种：1、依职权主动公开。即行政机关应当将主动公开的政府信息，通过政府公报、政府网站、新闻发布会以及报刊、广播、电视等便于公众知晓的方式公开。2、依申请公开。即行政机关应当编制公布政府信息公开指南和政府信息公开目录，并及时更新。法律依据：《中华人民共和国政府信息公开条例》第十三条除本条例第十四条、第十五条、第十六条规定的政府信息外，政府信息应当公开。行政机关公开政府信息，采取主动公开和依申请公开的方式。
