请问你的中级职称是认定还是评审 这两者有何区别吗？？1、认定条件不同职称认定是指新工作大专及以上学历大学生不用考计算机、外语、专业等条件就直接符合初级职称的任职条件；而职称评审是指不符合认定条件的（五大生），可以通过参加考试，如计算机、外语、专业等考试，取得职称任职的基本条件。2、评审过程不同职称评审是由各级人事职改部门按照国家规定的评审条件和评审程序，组建相应的专业技术资格评审委员会，对专业技术人员的专业技术资格进行评定；但是职称认定的话，是不需要经过这个评审过程的。3、通过率不同通过率方面，职称考核认定通过率就是百分百，但是职称评审是有通过率的，少则55%，多则100%，不同机构，不同政策等因素都会影响职称评审。4、专业不同职称评审可以是相同专业，也可以是相关专业，但是职称考核认定的话只能是所学专业，不可以跨专业评审。这样解释大家理解吗？
