问题	什么是指间接协议离婚
释义	所谓间接协议离婚，是指当事人先行协议别居(有时事实别居或司法别居也可)，经过法定期间，通过当事人的申请再转变为正式离婚，故也称协议别居离婚。直接协议离婚无先行协议别居的要求，也即是一般意义上的协议离婚。目前，间接协议离婚制度只在斯堪地纳维亚个别国家得到承认。严格来讲，间接协议离婚不能成为协议离婚的一个种类，因为协议离婚的本质要件是当事人对离婚问题的合意，除此之外不应再有其他实质性限制，而间接协议离婚制度无疑是把先行别居当作了承认协议离婚的前提条件，不符合协议离婚的特征。
