释义	自杀逃避债务，是不可行的。生命权是最重要的权利，并且如果继承人继承当事人的财产的，仍然需要以其继承的财产清偿债务。所以当事人可以协商分期还款或者延长还款期限。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百六十一条继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。第一千一百六十二条执行遗赠不得妨碍清偿遗赠人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。
