释义	法律分析：完全可以，公章是一个单位最有权威的印章。收款收据只适用于非经营性的往来款项，盖财务专章或单位公章者是可以的，但涉及经营性的收入，必须开发票，不能开收款收据。收款收据只是证明收到款项，一般公司的章都可以使用，不过最好是财务章或公章。法律依据：《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第四十七条税务机关扣押商品、货物或者其他财产时，必须开付收据；查封商品、货物或者其他财产时，必须开付清单。
