阴阳合同的效力有什么样的

为保护国家、社会公共利益，阴阳合同中恶意串通损害国家利益的合同无效，即全部无效。为促成交易，即使现售合同上的价格条款无效，但其他条款与真实合同不抵触的仍有效，即部分无效。
【法律依据】:
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百五十三条 违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定的民事法律行为无效。但是，该强制性规定不导致该民事法律行为无效的除外。违背公序良俗的民事法律行为无效。
