释义	法律分析：驾驶证扣分逾期时，要尽快去车管所申请审验，如果被罚款的，还要交罚款。但是，如果B2以上机动车驾驶证，在被扣分后连续三个记分周期都未审验的就要被降级。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第七十八条持有大型客车、牵引车、城市公交车、中型客车、大型货车驾驶证的驾驶人有在一个计分周期内被扣12分，但逾期并没有去处理的话，车辆管理所应当注销其最高准驾车型驾驶资格，并通知机动车驾驶人在三十日内办理降级换证业务，也就是说，如果扣分逾期未处理，会被降级。
