释义	网络作品在某些情况下可以使用，即合理使用。所谓“合理使用”，就是无须经过著作权人的同意或者许可，无偿使用著作权人依法享有著作权的作品的一种法律度。其中的“无偿使用”和“无须经过许可” 是这一制度的显著特征。这一制度是与“法定许可”和“强制许可”相对而言的，主要目的是在保护著作权人合法权益的前提下，对著作权人的著作权予以一定的限制，从而消除著作权人与作品使用人以及社会公共利益的冲突，实现作品的充分传播。法律依据:《中华人民共和国著作权法》第二十二条《著作权法》第四十条《著作权法》第四十七条
