《中国民用航空旅客、行李国内运输规则》 第十四条  旅客应在承运人或其销售代理人的售票处购票。旅客购票凭本人有效身份证件或公安机关出具的其它身份证件，并填写《旅客定座单》。购买儿童票、婴儿票，应提供儿童、婴儿出生年月的有效证明。重病旅客购票，应持有医疗单位出具的适于乘机的证明，经承运人同意后方可购票。每一旅客均应单独填开一本客票。
