释义	法律分析：不干满一个月一般不享受带薪休假。带薪年休假是指劳动者连续工作一年以上，就可以享受一定时间的带薪年假，而法定节假日和休息日（双休日）不适用带薪休假。连续工作1年以上的，均可享受年休假。职工累计工作已满1年不满10年的，年休假5天；已满10年不满20年的，年休假10天；已满20年的，年休假15天。法律依据：《企业职工带薪年休假实施办法》第三条职工连续工作满12个月以上，既包括职工在同一用人单位连续工作满12个月以上的情形，也包括职工在不同用人单位连续工作满12个月以上的情形。
