释义	法律分析：合法。一般来书合同的期限是由订立双方自有约定的，但是有一些合同的订立，最长期限受到法律约束。租赁合同的租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。第七百零六条当事人未依照法律、行政法规规定办理租赁合同登记备案手续的，不影响合同的效力。
