释义	法律分析: 那就是20周岁。从出生起每到公历生日的当天便增龄一岁。周岁，是国际通用的年龄计算方式。它计算的是出生后已经度过的时间长度（以出生时是零岁为基数，故也可以计算尾数，如三岁零两个月，七岁半等）。在中国，为了与传统的计龄方式进行区分，即计算出生后正在经历的年份次序（为序数），才有了周岁和虚岁这两种名称。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十七条结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。
