释义	法律分析：假币持有人在不知所持有的货币为假币的情况下使用假币不构成违法犯罪。在知道的条件下会构成持有、使用假币罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百七十二条明知是伪造的货币而持有、使用，数额较大的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处一万元以上十万元以下罚金；数额巨大的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处二万元以上二十万元以下罚金；数额特别巨大的，处十年以上有期徒刑，并处五万元以上五十万元以下罚金或者没收财产。
