婚前协议去哪里签才有效 |

夫妻对婚前财产的约定对双方具有约束力。婚前协议书是否有效，关键看协议的内容是什么。即约定的事项必须是合法的，是双方真实的意思表示，没有任何的欺诈或胁迫。至于协议是否需要公证，法律并没有强制性的规定。婚前财产协议一般应包含的内容：
1、当事人的姓名、性别、职业、住址等基本情况。
2、婚前财产的范围(含债务)的名称、数量、种类、价法、状况等，将男女双方各自的婚前财产详细得列一张清单。
3、婚前财产的权利归属，男女双方各自的婚前财产权利归属于哪一方，如何使用等等。
4、婚前财产婚后的收益归属。
5、婚前财产婚后处分行为产生的收益归属。
6、婚前财产的使用、维修、处分的原则;
7、其他应约定的事项，如对婚前债务如何清偿的约定等。
8、婚前财产协议生效的条件、时间等。
9、男女双方签字。
10、婚前财产签订时间。
《民法典》第一千零六十三条【夫妻个人财产】下列财产为夫妻一方的个人财产：
(一)一方的婚前财产;
(二)一方因受到人身损害获得的赔偿或者补偿;
(三)遗嘱或者赠与合同中确定只归一方的财产;
(四)一方专用的生活用品;
(五)其他应当归一方的财产。
