释义	老师有正当理由是否可以打学生打人不是对的，老师即使有正常理由，都不能侵害学生的身体权，需要承担法律责任。《中华人民共和国教师法》第三十七条教师有下列情形之一的，由所在学校、其他教育机构或者教育行政部门给予行政处分或者解聘。 (一)故意不完成教育教学任务给教育教学工作造成损失的； (二)体罚学生，经教育不改的； (三)品行不良、侮辱学生，影响恶劣的。教师有前款第(二)项、第(三)项所列情形之一，情节严重，构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
