释义	法律分析：有试用期的工资应是单位同岗位职工工资的百分之八十并且不低于当地最低工资标准。工作1天，也应该发放工资；试用期内，不胜任工作的，用人单位解除劳动关系，不需要支付补偿。法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》第九条劳动关系双方依法解除或终止劳动合同时，用人单位应在解除或终止劳动合同时一次付清劳动者工资。
