手机充错了话费能退回来吗 |

如果是通过自助渠道充值话费错误，话费是不能退回的。如果是通过营业厅服务人员充值错误，那么是可以退回来的，因为这是服务人员的失误，将会按照程序找回话费的。
用户使用网上缴费的方式给手机充值话费的时候，一定要仔细核对号码信息等，不要充错了。
话费充值方式：
1.支付宝充值。解锁手机，点击支付宝APP登录至主页，然后点击“充值中心”选项，进入后在上方输入充值的号码，接着选择下方的金额，之后就会提示用户进行付款。我们选择付款方式然后点击下方的“立即付款”按钮即可。
2、微信充值。打开手机，点击微信APP登录至主页，然后点击页面右下角的“我”选项，然后点击“支付”选项，接着点击“手机充值”选项。进入后在上方输入自己的手机号码，下方选择需要充值的金额，之后系统就会提醒用户进行付款，选择好付款方式以后点击“确认支付”按钮即可。
3、淘宝充值。打开手机，点击淘宝APP进入主页，点击页面右下角“我的淘宝”选项，然后向下滑动屏幕找到“我的充值”一栏，然后点击“手机充值”选项，进入后也是可以充值的。
拓展资料：手机费用属于个人账户信息，属于个人隐私。平台和运营商均无权退还已转入他人账户的费用。如果手机电话费充值成功，建议尽快联系被充值手机号使用者协商。如果双方无法协商，或协商失败，充值错误通话费的一方可向法院提起不当得利诉讼，以维护其合法权益。
法律分析：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百八十五条得利人没有法律根据取得不当利益的，受损失的人可以请求得利人返还取得的利益，但是有下列情形之一的除外：
（一）为履行道德义务进行的给付；
（二）债务到期之前的清偿。
