释义	法律分析：工资是当月发还是下个月发眼看公司的规定或者职工与公司签订合同中是否有规定。只压一个月工资符合法律规定，但是跨月还不支付就属于拖欠工资的违法行为。如果公司拖欠工资，劳动者可以到劳动监察部门投诉，由劳动监察部门责令用人单位限期发放工资。用人单位拖欠劳动者的工资，劳动者也可以向劳动仲裁委员会申请劳动仲裁，维护合法权益。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
