释义	法律分析：未满18周岁，已满16周岁就可以出去找工作。根据法律规定，用人单位不得招用未满十六周岁的未成年人的，按照国家有关规定招用已满十六周岁未满十八周岁的未成年人的，应当执行国家在工种、劳动时间、劳动强度和保护措施等方面的规定，不得安排其从事过重、有毒、有害等危害未成年人身心健康的劳动或者危险作业。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第九十四条用人单位非法招用未满十六周岁的未成年人的，由劳动行政部门责令改正，处以罚款节严重的，由市场监督管理部门吊销营业执照。
