释义	法律分析：房主或转租人，自行对原设计的基本房间隔断间进行出租的行为，属于非法行为，出租人将受到行政处罚。法律依据：《商品房屋租赁管理办法》第六条下列情形之一房屋不得出租一属于违法建筑的二不符合安全、防灾等工程建设强制标准的三违反规定改变房屋使用性质的四法律、法规禁止出租的其他情形。第八条出租住房的，应当以原设计的房间为最小出租单位，人均租住建筑面积不得低于当地人民政府规定的最低标准。厨房、卫生间、阳台和地下储藏室不得出租供人居住。
