释义	法律分析：自己出钱修的路，不可以向过路车收费。只有经政府批准依法收取车辆通行费的公路，才可以向过路车收费。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公路法》第九条禁止任何单位和个人在公路上非法设卡、收费、罚款和拦截车辆。第五十九条符合国务院交通主管部门规定的技术等级和规模的下列公路，可以依法收取车辆通行费：（一）由县级以上地方人民政府交通主管部门利用贷款或者向企业、个人集资建成的公路；（二）由国内外经济组织依法受让前项收费公路收费权的公路；（三）由国内外经济组织依法投资建成的公路。
