附期限合同和附条件合同的区别？

附条件和附期限都属于法律行为的附款，是指当事人对于法律行为效果的发生或消灭所加的限制。附期限的合同，分为附生效期限的合同和附终止期限的合同。前者，自期限届到时生效;后者，自期限届满时失效。

《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一百五十八条 民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
