释义	法律分析：物业服务期限届满后，业主没有依法作出续聘或者另聘物业服务人的决定，物业服务人继续提供物业服务的，原物业服务合同继续有效，但是服务期限为不定期。当事人可以随时解除不定期物业服务合同，但是应当提前六十日书面通知对方。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百四十八条物业服务期限届满后，业主没有依法作出续聘或者另聘物业服务人的决定，物业服务人继续提供物业服务的，原物业服务合同继续有效，但是服务期限为不定期。当事人可以随时解除不定期物业服务合同，但是应当提前六十日书面通知对方。
