法律分析：1、旅客在客票上规定的航班起飞时间前24小时，提出退票，退票费为原票价的10%
2、在起飞前2小时--24小时以内，提出退票，退票费为原票价的20%
3、在起飞前2小时以内，提出退票，退票费为原票价的30%
4、因自己的原因导致误机，提出退票，退票费为原票价的50%
