释义	法律分析: “笑气”即一氧化二氮，是一种无色有甜味气体。笑气虽然作为轻微麻醉剂和食品添加剂，本身不会对人体产生危害，但是“笑气”进入血液后会导致人体缺氧，长期吸食可能引起高血压、晕厥，甚至心脏病发作如果超量摄入，很可能因为缺氧导致窒息死亡。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第三十条违反国家规定，制造、买卖、储存、运输、邮寄、携带、使用、提供、处置爆炸性、毒害性、放射性、腐蚀性物质或者传染病病原体等危险物质的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留；情节较轻的，处五日以上十日以下拘留。
