公司从深圳搬到惠州，深圳公司不注销进入黑名单后，法人和股东都会收到影响，比如不能再成立新的公司，不能再担任其他公司的法人、股东、监事等等，并且被吊销公司的法人和股东出国都会收到一定的影响。
公司不经营不注销产生的后果如下：
1、公司方面：公司会每年被税务局罚款2000至1万元；被列入工商、税务异常名单，营业执照被吊销；
2、法人行为受限：
（1）法人代表不能贷款买房；
（2）法人代表不能办移民；
（3）法人代表不能领养老保险；
（4）有欠税，企业法人代表会被阻止出境；搭不了飞机和高铁；
（5）在全国范围3年内都不得申请或担任其他企业的高级管理人员（担任公司的董事、监事、高级管理人员）；
（6）终身进入工商系统黑名单，不得再兼任其他公司法人代表还要被列入“黑名单”不能设立新公司。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第一百八十三条
公司因本法第一百八十条第（一）项、第（二）项、第（四）项、第（五）项规定而解散的，应当在解散事由出现之日起十五日内成立清算组，开始清算。有限责任公司的清算组由股东组成，股份有限公司的清算组由董事或者股东大会确定的人员组成。逾期不成立清算组进行清算的，债权人可以申请人民法院指定有关人员组成清算组进行清算。人民法院应当受理该申请，并及时组织清算组进行清算。
