释义	法律分析：一般讲雇人给自己干活的雇主和接受劳务的一方没什么不同，雇主就是接受劳务一方。但对一些劳务输出单位而言输出方是雇主，接受输出的一方就是接受劳务的一方。比如你在家政服务公司上班，对你而言，家政服务公司是雇主，家政服务公司的客户就是接受劳务的一方。法律依据：《关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》第九条接受劳务一方享有追偿权及行使追偿权的条件，存在两种情形：即对提供劳务一方的追偿与对第三人的追偿。
