融资融券的股票和普通股票有什么区别 |

融资融券股票和普通股票交易保证金不同，另外承担的风险以及交易权利也有所不同，普通证券风险由自己承担，融资融券的会给证券公司带来风险，这些证券一般流动性较大、波动性相对较小、不易被操纵。
1、保证金要求不同。投资者从事普通证券交易须提交100％的保证金，即买入证券须事先存入足额的资金，卖出证券须事先持有足额的证券。而从事融资融券交易则不同，投资者只需交纳一定的保证金，即可进行保证金一定倍数的买卖（买空卖空），在预测证券价格将要上涨而手头没有足够的资金时，可以向证券公司借入资金买入证券，并在高位卖出证券后归还借款；预测证券价格将要下跌而手头没有证券时，则可以向证券公司借入证券卖出，并在低位买入证券归还。
2、风险承担和交易权利不同。投资者从事普通证券交易时，风险完全由其自行承担，所以几乎可以买卖所有在证券交易所上市交易的证券品种（少数特殊品种对参与交易的投资者有特别要求的除外）；而从事融资融券交易时，如不能按时、足额偿还资金或证券，还会给证券公司带来风险，所以投资者只能在证券公司确定的融资融券标的证券范围内买卖证券，而证券公司确定的融资融券标的证券均在证券交易所规定的标的证券范围之内，这些证券一般流动性较大、波动性相对较小、不易被操纵。

二、融资融券交易的作用
融资融券交易作为世界上大多数证券市场普遍常见的交易方式，其作用主要体现在四个方面：
1、融资融券交易可以将更多信息融入证券价格，可以为市场提供方向相反的交易活动，当投资者认为股票价格过高和过低，可以通过融资的买入和融券的卖出促使股票价格趋于合理，有助于市场内在价格稳定机制的形成。
2、融资融券交易可以在一定程度上放大资金和证券供求，增加市场的交易量，从而活跃证券市场，增加证券市场的流动性。
3、融资融券交易可以为投资者提供新的交易方式，可以改变证券市场单边式的方面，为投资者规避市场风险的工具。
4、融资融券可以拓宽证券公司业务范围，在一定程度上增加证券公司自有资金和自有证券的应用渠道，在实施转流通后可以增加其他资金和证券融通配置方式，提高金融资产运用效率。
