2022年事业单位最新工资标准 |

事业单位调整后的岗位工资标准为：专业技术人员：由每月1390元~4850元分别提高到每月1510元~6010元，管理人员由每月1390元~4770元提高到每月1510元~6910元，工人由现行的每月1360元~2010元分别提高到每月1480元~2250元。
一、工资发放流程
1.检查工资表及工资汇总表
2.人事收集新入职员工信息与银行卡信息核对并提交财务
3.财务部、人事部、分管领导、总经理审批确认
4.财务将工资表转换为银行网点可接受信息上传
5.银行发放工资
6.人力资源部给员工发放工资条通知员工
二、工资发放形式
1.现金发放---适用员工少、银行网络不好的边远地方
2.银行代发---适用员工多、企业网络配置好的企业
3.大部分企业采用银行代发工资形式，以减少工作量和发放错误。
法律依据：《工资支付暂行规定》 第十二条 非因劳动者原因造成单位停工、停产在一个工资支付周期内的，用人单位应按劳动合同规定的标准支付劳动者工资。超过一个工资支付周期的，若劳动者提供了正常劳动，则支付给劳动者的劳动报酬不得低于当地的最低工资标准；若劳动者没有提供正常劳动，应按国家有关规定办理。
