释义	法律分析：行为人以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。当同时存在虚伪表示与隐藏行为时，虚伪表示无效，隐藏行为并不因此无效，其效力如何，应当依据有关法律规定处理。具体来说，如果这种隐藏行为本身符合该行为的生效要件，那么就可以生效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
