释义	消防改革后，公安消防部队不再列武警部队序列，全部退出现役，而军婚是指与现役军人形成婚姻关系的婚姻，所以消防改革后与消防官兵结婚不算军婚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零八十一条现役军人的配偶要求离婚,应当征得军人同意,但是军人一方有重大过错的除外。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十九条明知是现役军人的配偶而与之同居或者结婚的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。利用职权、从属关系，以胁迫手段奸淫现役军人的妻子的，依照本法第二百三十六条的规定定罪处罚。
