法律主观：

日本签证有效期一般为三个月，其中的任意时间内当事人均可以持该签证进入日本；但滞留天数一般根据签证的种类不同而有所区别。当事人的签证若为旅游签证的，可以滞留的天数一般为十五天。

法律客观：

《中华人民共和国护照、签证条例》第十三条签证的有效期由颁发签证的机关根据情况决定。第十四条持照人的签证如果需要延长有效期，增减偕行人，改变前往目的地和签证次数，限制入、出境口岸的外国人需要改变入、出境口岸，都必须办理签证加签手续。
