释义	法律分析：汽车年检可以不用本人去，可以委托他人办理的，非车主需携带代办人身份证、行驶证及交强险保单。年检不合格的车辆，应限期修复，逾期仍不合格的，车管所应收缴其行车牌证，不准再继续行驶。无故不参加年检或年检不合格的车辆，不准在道路上行驶，也不准转籍。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第十六条机动车应当从注册登记之日起，按照下列期限进行安全技术检验：（三）小型、微型非营运载客汽车6年以内每2年检验1次；超过6年的，每年检验1次；超过15年的，每6个月检验1次。
