释义	法律分析: 乘人之危而订立的合同属于可撤销合同。所谓乘人之危的合同，是指行为人利用他人的危难处境或紧迫需要，为牟取不正当利益，迫使对方违背自己的真实意愿而订立的合同。权利人可以认定合同有效，也可以请求法院变更或撤销合同，合同自撤销之日起无效，并自始无效。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
