释义	法律分析：是否属于危房，要由房屋安全监理机构鉴定。如果经鉴定是四级，才能确定为危房。即使是危房，国家也没有不准危房交易的规定。但是买方有权解除合同，以卖方故意隐瞒房屋的重大缺陷为由，要求赔偿。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于审理买卖合同纠纷案件适用法律问题的解释》第十七条标的物质量不符合约定，买受人依照民法典第五百八十二条的规定要求减少价款的，人民法院应予支持。当事人主张以符合约定的标的物和实际交付的标的物按交付时的市场价值计算差价的，人民法院应予支持。
