公司法人死了法律应该怎么解释
释义
公司法定代表人死亡的，公司重新选举新的公司法定代表人，然后自变更决议或者决定作出之日起30日内去工商局申请变更登记。法定代表人指依法律或法人章程规定代表法人行使民嘱立职权的负责人。
