压半个月薪资是白做嘛

压半个月薪资不是白做。如果双方之间是劳动关系的话，那么用人单位压半个月薪资不发是违法的。对于用人单位克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者薪资的，由劳动行政部门责令支付劳动者的薪资报酬、经济补偿。如果双方之间是劳务关系，并且在劳务合同中约定压半个月薪资，是可以的。如果双方约定了按月支付薪资，没有约定压半个薪资，用人单位压半个月薪资的行为是违约行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第五十条 薪资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人。不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的薪资。
