释义	法律分析：法律并没有规定一人不可以在两家公司入职，职工在一家公司上班后，再与另一家公司建立劳动关系的，职工不可以影响在前一间公司的工作任务。法律并没有规定，员工不可以同时在两家公司任职，但是，同时任职有条件，就是前单位必须同意，后单位必须知晓的情况下才可以。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第九十一条用人单位招用与其他用人单位尚未解除或者终止劳动合同的劳动者，给其他用人单位造成损失的，应当承担连带赔偿责任。
