释义	法律分析：可以的。凭法院出具的调解书，可以撤销签订的网签合同，调解书是合同当事人就撤销网签合同达成协议之后，法院因此而制作的调解书，在当事人都签收之后就具有撤销该合同的法律效力了，此时，撤销的调解与法院的判决裁定具有同等效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十七条调解达成协议，人民法院应当制作调解书。调解书应当写明诉讼请求、案件的事实和调解结果。调解书由审判人员、书记员署名，加盖人民法院印章，送达双方当事人。调解书经双方当事人签收后，即具有法律效力。
