释义	法律分析：带薪休年假是指员工在相关单位工作一年以上，依法可以享受一定时间假期的权利，此时劳动者仍然依法领取工资。劳动者休假的时间与劳动者工作的时间有关，一般而言，员工工作时间在一年以上十年以下的，其休假时间为五天。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十五条国家实行带薪年休假制度。劳动者连续工作一年以上的，享受带薪年休假。具体办法由国务院规定。
