释义	铁路、公路穿越设计5.1一般要求5. 1. 1管道穿越铁路或2级以上高等级公路时，宜采用顶管或横孔钻机穿管敷设。穿越3级以下的公路或一般道路时，可采用挖沟埋设。5.1.2管道穿越1、2、3级铁路或2级以上高等级公路时，应设置保护套管。穿越铁路专用线或3级以下公路时，可根据具体情况采用保护套管或增加管壁厚度。保护套管可用钢管或钢筋混凝土管。法律依据: 《工业金属管道工程施工及验收规范》第六章管道穿越道路、墙或构筑物时，应加套管或砌筑涵洞保护。
